Collagen Synth on Test/Deca cycle.

Hey guys I recently posted a thread asking opinions on a test-C 500mg/week and deca 300 mg/week cycle. I have one more question about the whole thing and it concerns the rate at which collagen synthesis will be taking place in my body. I'm concerned because I ruptured my pectoral tendon 6 months ago and want to keep it healthy obviously, which is why I'm using the deca. They say test suppresses collagen synth. by up to 80%, but that deca increases 270%. Would I still be at an increase with both of these drugs? Say 150% increase? Any and all thoughts on the matter are much appreciated! Oh and the first and only cycle I've ever run was a low does (225mg/week) of NPP this summer during rehab and I'm pretty sure it helped me heal a ton. I was cleared to begin lifting full-go at just 4 months after surgery. Thanks guys.
 
I would say that you are correct but there are supplements you can take for colllagen production on cycle, Vit C in high doses being one of them.
 
i take opti-men as my multi and at least one emergen-c packet a day. is that enough supplemented vitamin-C?? that's on top of dietary intake and all

I take in at least another 2000 mg C a day, Biotin will help too.

Just a question.....why run Deca and not NPP again?....i'm gonna run someting similar next month...500mg TC and 300mg NPP......originally i was gonna run Deca like yourself but have been told by several people that NPP is just better...just much much easier to recover from...Deca can knock you down for months...i'm not knockin' Deca...i'm just curious.
BTW, how did you like the NPP??
 
hey brother i just decided to run two long esters for convenience. im back at school now and only want to pin 2 times per week. plus i don't see a point in doing a long and a short, but that's just me...keep in mind im a rookie when it comes to juice. So that's why i chose the deca, but like i said i was only doing 225mg/week of the NPP and wasn't lifting because i was in rehab for a pec tear. With that said, i think it helped me preserve a TON of my muscle. I've only been back on the weights for about 6 weeks now and im almost back to full strength. i think the NPP had a lot to do with that and helping the overall structural integrity of my tendon. so all in all, great drug.
 
Nice....i'm excited to start my cycle next month....i'm 42 so the NPP will feel great for my joints and such...but yeah, not looking forward to the multiple pins...good luck with your cycle bro.:D
