I can tell a difference in my shoulders and in my knees when I squat heavy. I have taken time off to see if I could tell a difference and I certainly can, this is something you need to stay on to get the true benefits, it takes time.Brad:
Have you seen a noticeable difference (i.e., joints ache less), or do you simply use it as "insurance" to avoid problems down the road?
