Collagen X BCAA?

Presently I am taking a mix of whey and collagen PWO
I intend to do Intermitent Fasting as soon as my cold subdoes.
My intent is to do a 60-90 min fasted work out.
Since I am out of the loop regards PWO nutrition:
- Shoudl I juts kep having the Whey/Collagen combo or should I switch to BCAA?
 
I would use whey over BCAA 100% of the time , actually I wouldn’t use BCAA of anything.
Depending on your fasting window I’d throw in some EAA and carbs on your way to the gym and during training then have a whey/carb shake after training.
When are you fasting and when are you training??
