Presently I am taking a mix of whey and collagen PWO
I intend to do Intermitent Fasting as soon as my cold subdoes.
My intent is to do a 60-90 min fasted work out.
Since I am out of the loop regards PWO nutrition:
- Shoudl I juts kep having the Whey/Collagen combo or should I switch to BCAA?
