Collinb's Blasting and Cruising

Just started training back this moning, 4 weeks off is enough and hamstring is good to go.

Current weight 226, will be postin pic shortly. Got softer, also dropped mast completely and lowered doses a lot while hurt. Right now about 200 test and 300 eq.

1lb gained after 6 weeks on a gram and a half, even if u did lower to half a gram+peps... 1 lb? what is ur diet???

I had dropped it down after 2 weeks at that dose because a badly pulled hamstring. I lowered calorie intake to make up for not being able to exercise for 4 weeks.

I didn't wanna pack on pounds when I'm sedentary.

222 today after protein shake in the morning, dropping nice and diet is on point. Stepped up cardio 4 x a week as well.

Right now want to get to 210.

Trainin is great strength climbi ng back up. 335 x 6 on bench yesterday, easing legs back into It and stretching my hamstring is tight still.

Thinking of adding tren at 50mg ed or eod, riggt now doing 80mg test and 200mg eq every 4 days with 25mg dbol on workout days. Weight is around 223-224.

Fri ans sat I plan on doing JJs detox idea and alter my diet slightly.

Diet:
2 egss + 6 egg whites

Banana

Lift/cardio

8oz chicken, 2 cups spinach, 1 cup white rice

Protein shake

1 can tuna

8oz steak, 1 cup spinach, .25 cup almods,

Protein shake + 4 more eggs if hungry

Working 6 hour shifts usually 4-10 where I'm too busy to have time to eat so I have that last meal after work.

Goal is to get to 205-210.

I also do BCAA during workouts and take vits and other supps daily for general health.

Diet is set with help from a few sources and following it 100%. Going to allow cheat meal once a week, not a cheat day though and won't over do it.

AAS regiment is now going to be:
100mg sust
650 tri tren
50mg test suspension 4 times a week
50mg inject winny 4 times a week starting today.

Dropped the EQ, didn't see much from it and at 200mg/ml I don't wanna do the volume needed for a good dose.

Running this 10 weeks then hitting a pct to come off for a few months completely. This will be pct after over a year of being on. So will be interesting and will k eep it updated.

Currently 221 and diet is:

1.
3 eggs, 5oz egg whites, banana

2.
(Preworkout)
8oz greek yogurt, 2 scoops protein, 1/4 cup honey oats mixed into a pudding like substance which Is banging!

3.
(Postworkout)
8oz chicken, 1 cup spinach, 6 oz sweet potatoe, 1/4 cup almonds

4.
1.5 scoopa protein, 1 teaspoon peanut butter

5.
8oz round eye steak, 1 cup spinach, 6oz sweet potatoe

If hungry at night 2 eggs and 3oz egg whites before bed.

Non-workout days I will take out the night eggs and meal 5 sweet potatoe.

Doing cardio 4 times a week alternating HIIT and moderate pace for 20-25 mins.

Aiming for 300-400 calories per cardio session.

Any criticism and help appreciated.
Legs are weak point hard and just got back into legs after 1.5 months off because badly pulled hammy.

Need to buils my hamstring up a lot so will be focusing on those during leg days.
Plan on getting to 210 in about 4-5 weeks if everything goes as planned
