Diet is set with help from a few sources and following it 100%. Going to allow cheat meal once a week, not a cheat day though and won't over do it.
AAS regiment is now going to be:
100mg sust
650 tri tren
50mg test suspension 4 times a week
50mg inject winny 4 times a week starting today.
Dropped the EQ, didn't see much from it and at 200mg/ml I don't wanna do the volume needed for a good dose.
Running this 10 weeks then hitting a pct to come off for a few months completely. This will be pct after over a year of being on. So will be interesting and will k eep it updated.
Currently 221 and diet is:
1.
3 eggs, 5oz egg whites, banana
2.
(Preworkout)
8oz greek yogurt, 2 scoops protein, 1/4 cup honey oats mixed into a pudding like substance which Is banging!
3.
(Postworkout)
8oz chicken, 1 cup spinach, 6 oz sweet potatoe, 1/4 cup almonds
4.
1.5 scoopa protein, 1 teaspoon peanut butter
5.
8oz round eye steak, 1 cup spinach, 6oz sweet potatoe
If hungry at night 2 eggs and 3oz egg whites before bed.
Non-workout days I will take out the night eggs and meal 5 sweet potatoe.
Doing cardio 4 times a week alternating HIIT and moderate pace for 20-25 mins.
Aiming for 300-400 calories per cardio session.
