I swear after 4 sets my muscles are filled. I should know the answer to this, but I had a lot of time off and probably forgot. What do you guys do to keep this to a minimum? I did delts the other day and they were so filled up I could hardly move as they were popping outta my long sleeve shirt. Thanks in advance.
 
l-citrulline also.. bulk powder of that stuff should be cheap.. see how 5g doses treat you and go from there... im sure there is a preload method somewhere by someone either an hour before day before etc.. either way wouldnt hurt to look in to..
 
Sounds like youre having the same problem I was having. I would get so pumped after 3-5 sets i couldnt move. I couldnt reach my head to take my earphones out, couldnt touch my face, and forget doing dips or flyes. It was a nightmare. I had to alter my training and had to move very slowly and carefully so that i didnt tear a muscle. If i bent my elbows it felt like either my bicep or triceps would tear at any second. Scary as fuck. In the end i couldnt afford bloodwork and had to come off completely. Even cruising on low doses the probelm persisted. Not sure if the issue was a sodium bicarbonite deficiency or high red blood cell count but i came off for two months, had a pint of blood taken, and jumped back on. Heres to hoping the problem subsides. Good luck.

EDIT: Also beta alanine and citruline didnt seem to help for me. Baking soda did help a little but not a significant amount. Keep us posted on how youre doin. It could be something in your gear too.

Fast Dick I get blood work done every 3 months and last time my liver enzymes were slightly elevated, total test over 5k, white blood cell about 10 point to high. I was put on cipro and I am done with it and been taking liv 52 ever since and will continue to take adex .5mgs 2 times a week, and have some cab coming. I should have known better but I under estimated the stuff i WAS running.

I switched back to test 600mgs a week and deca 600mgs a week to finish up these vials then switching back to a prop npp run running test low and npp higher cause i will be prepared with caber by then. i have 5cc left of this deca and test e, so i am finishing it up.

My primary freaked when she go my results and sent me to the ER. Once there the ER was not even sweating my blood results and said here is some cipro and during my visit loaded me with lorazapam. So I was a bit upset when my primary over reacted because when i get to the ER with all the specialists they wren't even concerned and said if they would have sent me to another ER with my blood results, they never would have an been embarrassed.

Her whole trip was " I was concerned and we care about you".

Anyways sorry back to the topic, have some optimum beta alanine on the way, have to wait on the citruline guys, but thank you for the info.

I don't really use much for workout supps. I do take health supps, but most workout stuff is pointless. However, I swear by effervescent creatinol o phosphate. Makes a big difference for me on squats/hill sprints day.

is this the liquid type creatine that a pro bodybuilder is sponsored by? I forget his name, but I think I know what type of creatine your talking about. You have a think man?
 
it's actually not creatine. they are similar but creatinol works differently in the body. the effervescent brand is more expensive but it works better for me and it's made by a guy whose reputation is beyond repute.

If you don't want to add any more supps to your list, jump sets are free and a very effective lactic acid modulator.
 
jump sets....are you talking about switching from like shoulders and traps or back and biceps for instance? if so, excellent thinking man, thank you.

yep, there are different ways to do them

sometimes I do 3 sets chest then 3 sets back then 2 sets chest 2 back
same with bicep and calf

or I'll do 1 set chest 1 set back 1 set bicep 1 set calf (x 5) until done with training

you can mix it up however you like

also a good VO2 max supp helps like what has already been said

desiccated liver has powerful anti-fatigue properties also, better than phosphates, creatine, etc. IMO

Thanks Kingpeon, I will surely mix it all up like that so i don't zero in on one muscle like i have been lately.
 
I get it really bad in my calves and shoulders, I find a really good deep tissue massage twice a month helps minimize
 
foam rolling, voodoo flossing and other forms of SMR are helpful as well. Breaks up the scar tissue and allows for better blood flow. Done wonders for my forearm pumps
