Combining fish oil with olive oil for reduced inflammation

I add krill oil and fish oil (high epa to dha ratio). Will need to add more olive oil. I also love mac nut oil, palumbo has advocated its use for years and it tastes really good.

Mac nut oil tastes amazing. I was really impressed with it and need to order more.

It really does taste like butter as Palumbo has always said. Anyone who hasn't tried it needs to. It's great for cooking as well since it has a higher smoke point than EVOO.
