im gonna try and give it a shot in october.i got hurt 4 years ago and havnt touched a weight in 4 years ive been hitting weights hard only a year.im hoping i will do well.im 37 5 ft 5 210 pounds.i guess i just miss it ...lol

U definitely seem to have the size. Cut some bf% and u will be a monster on stage.

I commend u on the body size/shape maintenance while out of the gym while injured.

Ya right now im tryin to put on as much size as i can.its hard cuz i work 12 hour days.i get cardio in when i can.

Wrong guy gunsmith.....lol.but thanks guys.im gonna give it my all for this show.eitherway im happy with just competing,but to place in top 3 would be amazing.promuscle has so much info and has been a great help and i truly appreciate everyones help when i do have a question.i will update with pics as show gets closer.
