Hello this is my first post so if I have missed any needed info please give me a heads up, I am new here and been BBing for about a year. I will include stats below. I am on HRT, but I have also been on cycle for the last 16 weeks 750mg test(total dose), 600mg EQ, 500mg Deca (added in after 1st month ran for 12 weeks stopped 2 weeks ago it let it clear) ran dbol @50mg ed for 1st 6 weeks and running mdht @ 100mg ed for last 4 weeks. Been using hcg entire cycle @ 500 iu ew.
I am 41yr old, 6'4" BF done this morning @ 12.5% 258lbs. gives me 224 lbs LBM. Diet super Clean I eat every 2-3 hours about 4500 calories a day even trainer can't beleive I have stuck to it for last 4mo. I lift 4 days a week, do Cardio 30-40 min. 3-4 days a week.
So I am wanting to know do I need to do PCT? I had read that I didn't if I was still on HRT @ 200mg ew, but my trainer advises me to up hcg and possibly add nolva.... Can I Please get some input on what you guys think/ reccomend? Thanks. Like I said hope I gave you what you need to help me if I missed anything let me know.
