week 1-10 500mg QV Enath, 250 x 2 / week
week 1-10 400mg QV Bold, 200 x 2 / week

week 9 start HCG... every 5 days 3000iu/3000iu/1500iu/1500iu(DONNO IF I SHOULD)

week 9-10 Nolvadex - 40mg/day
week 10-11 Nolvadex - 20mg/day

week 12-13 Clomid 100mg a day
week 14-15Clomid 50mg a day


start the clen during the last week or two of your cycle. (DONNO IF I SHOULD)

1gram/ed of ALA
1gram/ed Milk thistle
cranberies extract

I think the HCG should be used at the half way point and near the end. But lets see what some others have to say. Also I think its 1000iu ed for 5 days. But there are so many theories.

Welcome to the board SuperFreak! You the same one that's around other boards?

Just some thoughts here - Why are you doing the Nolva at the end, I don't think you need it with what you've got outlined.

I might suggest the HCG around 4th and 8th week and at the end of 11th week (while your test levels are elevated and just quiting - last 4 days of AAS). I'd do 1,500, 1,500, 1,000 1,000 for doses.

I'd do the clen post cycle as it's a good anti-catabolic.

That a lot of ALA, if you ask me. I don't believe that cranberry anything does squat for "protect/preventative" for your kidneys. There was a very good thread about this on the old Got Fina board. It's only good if you have an infection.

looks fine--but why run nolvadex if you dont have to--and clomid should start 14 days after your last shot of test/eq run the clomid 300mg the first day the next 10 @100mg ed and then another 10 @50mg ed run the ala the last 4-6 wks to help your liver and 1000mg ed is fine

whats goin on bro? this is just my opinion, so take it how you will. I'd drop the nolva all together. it governs gains. besides, if your running the arimidex and clomid there should be absolutly no reason for it. I'd also front load 2-3 weeks with prop so that you see results sooner. the enanth will take a while to kick in. I'd also drop the EQ and pick up some deca. there fairly close to being the same thing, but I'd hold on to the EQ for precontest. and as far as the HCG goes, I'd run it at the half way . but to be safe, I'd run that one by bigA to see what he thinks about it. I'd also through in some homebrew tren. but otherthan that it looks pretty solid. don't get to carried away with the clomid to early though. if you use it to early your justr waisting it. if you want to know how to really use clomid, contact MikeS and ask him to shoot you a copy or post his gains keeper speel. it's the shit bro. and I promise you you'll be impressed with the results. anyhow bro, take care and I hope it works out for ya.

I got the using 5,000 iu every 4 weeks from BigA. Breaking down the 5,000 iu to no more than 1,500 iu per shot is based on other info I've gathered.
