1- 7 eggs, 1 banana, 1 cup oats

2- 2 cups fat free cottage cheese, whole wheat bagel, peanut butter/ jelly

3- ham/turkey sub with cheese (homemade) lots of meat

4- 7oz tuna, pasta noodles or maybe a few talapia filets and white rice

5- (post workout) 60g whey, 120g dextrose, 1 banana, 2 cups milk

6- 2 cups eggs white, 1 cup oats, 1 banana

7- whatever I want. Usually a pizza and egg whites. Or a box of Mac and cheese and a few talapia filets

8- 2 cups cottage cheese or 1 cup egg whites and 30g slow protein powder ( this meal is skipped if it's late and I just finished meal 7, due to work. And i just eat a bigger meal 7 and go to bed)


Not the cleanest but works for me. What do you think?

50 gram Whey Iso OR Egg whites
2 TBSP PB

60 gram Protein from tuna or lean meat
green veggie

60 gram protein from lean meat, ISO or EW
30 gram carbs (rice, rice cakes)

30-60 gram iso (pre workout)
15-30 gram carb from Cream of Rice

30 gram ISO (intra)
~50 carbs

60 gram protein from lean source
70-90 carbs (cream of rice, jasmine rice)
green veggie

60 gram protein
10-20 carb

*usually something similar to this...I hit macros though which are 360 protein, 200-250 carbs (depending on workout), 20-30 fat

NON TRAINING
same sources of foods, except I'll eat organic eggs this day for fats
320-350 protein
100-120 carbs
~85-90 fats
