Competed in the NPC Florida State Bodybuilding Championships this past Saturday

Well I competed again this past Saturday in Masters Heavy and the Open Heavy and though I brought what I feel was my best package to date, unfortunately for me enough guys brought a better package to keep me from reaching my goal of top 5 in either class. I didn't check the scores so I am not sure where I finished but I think the final placings will show up on the internet somewhere. A big thank you to Phil he has really guided me and help me achieve the best possible physique I can have. He really paid a lot of attention to detail with my training and he really had it mapped out literly hour by hour what I should do up until the time I hit the stage. I honestly feel for that date and time that was the absolute best I have ever looked and there is not one thing I would of changed. Thanks Phil for being a great friend.

It great to see sabagoy as well and I thank him and his girlfriend for coming out and cheering me on and also keeping Marilyn company in the stands.

Tony, looking good! I think you and I are the same, we improve each time and do are best. Getting a trophy is not the main thing we do this for. We do it to stay young and to challenge ourselves. All we can do is show up at our best, we never know who will show up, and enjoy ourselves. I don't know about me getting a trophy either, but I thought guys like you and I already won. We are staying young!
