Competing in 6 weeks

Amb7470 is 48 years old ....and competing in figure in 6 weeks at the NPC San Diego..

I started working with her earlier this year and this is her second season training and competing..

She will be competing on March 20 in San Diego... then again in April at the NPC Orange County and the West Coast Classic in June.

There will be many members from PM.... that will be at the show to support her... Just wanted to show you how shes coming along..

She has done a great job training and preparing for this.. Hard work, no complaints ... She has come along way from last year which was her first time competing ... She is really committed and disciplined.. I cant ask for more from her.. Our plan is to keep working on improving for the next seasons ahead as well...

I train at the same gym, as Jackie. You won't find a harder worker then her. She has improved 100% under Alex's guidance, since last year. Her and her husband Roy are two of the best people you can know. I can see a trophy in Jackie's future. Best wishes for your show!

Alex, you’re absolutely the best! You’ve been so patient with all my questions and you’ve mapped out a plan for me that has completely changed the way I look. I honestly couldn’t be happier (neither could Roy )

I’m super excited about the upcoming show in SD and looking forward to working with Alex over the next few years to become even better.
