hey first post. coulpe things I'd like to throw out there take em or leave em. I found that dead lifts, conventional style, are best trained on a split schedule where the heights are changed. week one pull from the ground, week 2 from 18" high and week 3 from 20" high. week 4 back to the ground and start over. never do more that a single except when warming up. I have not injured my back since starting this routine and I used to injure it bout 5 times a year.

by sldl do you mean stiff leg dead lifts? dont think I'd have deads in my routine twice a week.

I am working the 10sets of 10 for squats and for pre-contest I think its a must. use 2 min breaks.

Heard that whey protien causes you to hold water because of the way your body digests it. might want to switch to egg whites 4 weeks out from the show.

sorry I can't comment on the peptides but thats what I came here to find out about.
