As some of you know, I'm currently dieting

today I felt strange and really exhausted, more than usual into my diets

I do a lot of cardio but can handle it

today, this strange feelin made me think that the carbs/cardio ratio was too low and my body wouldn't handle it correctly so I decided to have a carb load day including different types of complex/simple carbs througout the day (rice cake, whole bread, jelly, maltodextrine PWO, fruit)

my average carb day is actually between 100-175 grams / day and today I loaded to 400 ..

does any of you hardcore dieters think I did it wrong or was I right ?

I NEVER NEVER cheat but today, this strange feelin was odd ... could and wanted barely talk and so one ...

did I fuck up a diet day ?
should I do less cardio ? I have a doubt ...

Just curious...How much cardio are you doing? I ask b/c I am doing 1hr twice per day right now busting ass trying to catch up and dial in for a comp. in 2.5 weeks and I get that same feeling...I have not been losing muscle though. I don't think you "ruined" anything with your carb up day....Your a big boy, on my carb up day I have more carbs than that and I am lighter than you.

Although a lot does depend on how carb sensitive you are. Some people can carb up and it will take them 10days to get their wweight back down which can cost some precious time.

Your fine - A good spike in carbs every so often if needed is sometimes what you need. Sounds like you needed it.

believe it or not but I'm more round, veiny and full sinc"e a few hours now !!

the fact I forgot is that I train sarcoplasmic since 1 week now and my dioet was based on myofibbrilar

as for cardio I do 2 hours a day actually ....
 
but the fact is when I carb load, I always feel like I cheated lol

but it seems like it's been good ...

you did the right thing bro.......it will actually help you continue on. and you used the right stuff too. im sure you feel alot better. no harm no foul.

Agreed. This year every 2 weeks I went on a Friday night and ate anything I wanted at a steak house. It helped tremendously.

When do you do your cardio?
In the morning and in the evening?
When do you train with weights? After work?

cardio in the morning and training in the evening + a few minutes of cardio post training ...
