As some of you know, I'm currently dieting
today I felt strange and really exhausted, more than usual into my diets
I do a lot of cardio but can handle it
today, this strange feelin made me think that the carbs/cardio ratio was too low and my body wouldn't handle it correctly so I decided to have a carb load day including different types of complex/simple carbs througout the day (rice cake, whole bread, jelly, maltodextrine PWO, fruit)
my average carb day is actually between 100-175 grams / day and today I loaded to 400 ..
does any of you hardcore dieters think I did it wrong or was I right ?
I NEVER NEVER cheat but today, this strange feelin was odd ... could and wanted barely talk and so one ...
did I fuck up a diet day ?
should I do less cardio ? I have a doubt ...
