12 years, didn't train for 8 of them I believe. After not training for 8 years worked out for 1 year before I hit gear again. When I started training again I was 250-260 fat 20%ish. Should have dieted down first, first cycle test decca dbol I put on 25 lbs and went to 275 (was 250 when started gear but still to damn fat). Kept on an permabulk and eventually hit 301 over next few years, fat as hell. Then dieted down for a contest to 201 a few years later.
It sucks training off gear. Everything seems heavy, pump is not there, always worry about over training, have to constantly watch what I eat (I'm a natural fatty), motivation not as good, look skinny in fat man clothes, and its a total mindfuck. Generally its almost depressing to train natural once you've trained enhanced.
