There has been so very good thread debates going on recently but one thing which i have thought about lots but not sure if its just over complicating things ?
Some guys, well everyone who uses PWO shakes have different nutrition intakes based on if it is a training or non-training day.
Now could/would it be benefical to use different AAS's and peps based on training and rest days ?
