He is doing the guy who owns the gym i go to's precontest diet and supplement routine.
Seriously guys i know a few gym rats who use as much aas as he does.
He also has a unique way he uses his aas.
When i was shown the paper where the cycle was written i didn't think it made sense but hey he is a pro and my opinion if he keeps it up many more pro wins!

Love to see him win The Olympia in 2-3 years!
