Hi!

New to this board, and introduction is in place.
24yo
5'10 (180cm)
215lbs (96kg)
BF around 15, holding water.

Ive always dieted down to around 10% and been happy enough to let go, with a backslash. This happen last time as well, the only thing that is keeping me sane is that Ive put on about 20-30lbs on each base-exercise (bench, deads, squat, chins). PRs have been broken be quite a bit in these 5-6 weeks. Now, however, in not quite that happy anymore since the weight is increasing all the time and Im beginning to question what the hell Im doing.

For now Im on:
700mg test ew
30mg superdrol ed (bloat)
ghrp+modgrf x 3 (bloat)
8iu pre-wo insulin (Big A's protocol)

Supps: Multi, 10-12g Omega, ALA, Vita D, cooking in coconutoil

I began this blast from 300mg test/ew and have put on ~20lbs over 5-6 weeks. I guess its still alot of bloat since my abs are still shining thru in the morning.

New goal: Bring myself down to 5-6%, pretty much contest-ready except Im not competing. Ive set a goal to compete in 16 months, but I wanna stay fairly lean year round.

The next couple of weeks I will switch the gear to:
600mg test ew
300mg tren e ew
100mg tren a eod
If everything seems okay after 8 weeks, ill add winstrol in the end.

The diet: Im working fairly active, using 1,5 as activity factor which puts me around 3000cal maintaince, Im gonna aim for 2200-2700 depending if Im working out on not. I will fast during the day until noon as I like some bigger meals and (in theory) it will work good with the peptides for fatty-acid consumption.

06:30 - First shot of ghrp/mod-grf
07:00 - Beginning work
12:30 - Meal 1 (150g Grilled chicken + 60-70g avocado/30g natty peanutbutter/30g nuts) P:50g C:1-3g F:15g
15:00 - Pre-wo-meal. (Yoghurt, whey and basic müsli) P:40g C:70g F:7g
17:30 - 8iu insulin + second shot of ghrp/modgrf
18:00-19:00 - Working out and drinking shakes (70g malto, 50g whey) P:40g C:70g F:5g
20:00 - PWO meal (Any lean meat + complex carbs) P:50g C:50g F:5g
22:00 - Home-made proteincakes, aiming for 400 cal in total. Mostly protein and carbs.
23:00 - Bed + shot of ghrp/modgrf

This in total puts me at 2200 cal with:
P: 230g
C: 240g
F: 39g

If working out, would you replace the avocado with rice in #Meal 1 and get another protein+carbs-meal in evening(to reach 2700cal)? Or get more fat?

On days I rest/cardio (2-1 routine) I will replace the shakes with a meal (P:60g C:10 F:40g), fats from egg/avocado/etc.
Later some home-made proteincakes + toast (low carb) with peanut/almond butter, until I reach 2300cal.

Something like:
P: 220g
C: 140g
F: 100g

I want a rapid fatloss, but spare as much muscles as possible (guess thats no problem with the gear), should I stick with 2700cal on workouts, or lower it to 2300cal?
Maybe I even could raise my calories and let tren work for recomp?
Dont want to use any fatloss drugs, I have been but not this time.

Does this seem OK? Anything you would wanna change?
 
I would start with 2700 and drop when your fatloss stalls.
I like the IF that your doing and it should work well.
Everything else looks pretty good. I would personally not go over 150g carbs except on a refeed day, but what you have down may work for you.
 
Maybe I should try go lower on the carbs then...

How long do I need to be in a "fasted state" to use fatty acids released from ghrp as energy instead of carbs?

Could it be done if I replaced the Pre-wo-meal with a proteinshake+nuts at 15:00, take the ghrp/grf at 16:30 and work-out at 18:00? No carbs during WO, no insulin. Consume eaa/hydro whey PWO and wait with the carbs until, lets say 20:30 for "after burn"-effects..?

This is all done during tren blast.

About the tren, would you use tren e in the background with the dosing in OP, or just up the dose of tren a?
 
I didn't ever lower my medium carb days below 175 last prep....I'm only slightly bigger than you. And I only lowered them to that the last week or so
