confused on importation to the uk

Firstly i love this site it has taken me ages to find a site like this.

I've never imported anything so i was wondering if i had this 100% spot on.
3month possession rule applies on importation/possession of aas/hgh or though their are no guide lines on what possession is other then common sense on the buyers behalf.

when the package is passing threw customs you must in-close your personal details and declare the medicines and there cost. You must pay 12% tax on the medicines and an 8pound royal mail fee? you don't need a prescription if your paying these two fees.

Any medicine must be a known medicine. By that do they mean NO generic medicines? If so with out being alive since the production of steroids how do i know what is/is not generic i know schering and a few others are not generic names but these sponsors have brand names I've never heard of.

Also is there a list of steroids/hgh i cant import? like there on some banned list? I'm a little in the dark because i say I've never imported them only possessed with out importation.

3 month rule is correct - but what consitutes 3 months is not clear. As long as you can justify the 3 months if asked [which ive NEVER EVER heard of happening] you will be ok.

You cannot import generics or underground labs stuff - or rather if its caught you can be charged - but again its NEVER happened to my knowledge

We are a bit more logical and grown up in the UK on Gear usage thank god and the Police really dont care about people taking some test etc

However - order enough which can be classed for Distribution and say bye bye - but even then - the number of people ever taken to task is extremely low.

I ALWAYS declare my goods and I get them from Schering - 120 Testoviron Amps every 4-5 months. NEVER EVER had a problem and all have been opened and passed through. In 10 years not had a single issue with any gear related orders. Same with HGH as well [although they are generics]

Get your sender to either submit it for Personal Use and with a $100 amount and you will be ok.

I'm a little in the dark because i say I've never imported them only possessed with out importation. no unfortunately. although you can look through mims.co.uk or subscribe to it as they will usually use a guide such as that. however, provided it is an anabolic steroid, you'll be ok.

you need to remember, what exactly is 3 months worth. I know of someone who was pulled by police and his car boot was full to the brim. he said it was a 6 mths supply of AAS and they still let him go after looking over some of the labels.

The law is too wooly here, and they don't really know what is what. 1 persons 3months can be another's 3 weeks.

Well gridlock I'm like an out of shaped dude with a pot belly i don't think they could argue about 18prims/winnys etc. My brief would surely just say if anything arose, "look at the poor lad he has a pot belly, you cant charge him for trying to lose a few pounds."

i think what mentioned is a tiny amount init grid.

don't be under any illusion, the police will prosicute if they think that your a dealer, aas come under class c, or at least thats what it said in my local rag, after a guy got 2 years for possession with intent. Just be careful but I think you should be ok. I hear a lot of shit talk regarding the laws in the UK, this personal use thing is a very grey area, would be nice to have it clarified once and for all.

it just got even more grey. look at the polices outline for it that a mate just mailed me

The law:

anabolic steroids are prescription only medicines. It is not illegal to possess them for your own use, or to import them for your own use, but it is illegal to supply them without a licence, or to import them for supply to somebody else: Class C penalties apply.
The chemicals commonly used to treat eczema and asthma are generally of a different type of classification to steroids, despite the fact that people generally group clenbuterol and ephedrine together.

Disagree - its not a grey area at all if you got some intelligence and common sense

Ordering 300 amps and saying its for 3 months use will cause problems. Ordering 2000 anabol tabs and saying its for 3 months will cause problems

Ordering 75 amps test, 400 anabol will not get you in trouble

People just overcomplicate things and start to push the boundaries.

lol i agree with jay the amount i just displayed is a low does ten week cycle in fact if the police make any arrests regarding steroids its always a lot higher then 39 amps n two packs of t4's/1 novl. If i was nicked over that i would go up the wall. For 1 how could the cps prove that amount was possession with intent to supply who was i going to supply? the rat i have running around the hamster wheel? my little experiment? or the carp I'd luv to see bench a 300lb hook?. I would simply say if you don't what possession is/is not what you arresting me for? I have the cycle drafted out anyway. I'd not worry over making or possessing such small amounts. The laws vague not grey in my opinion. grey would be you can only possess steroids with a prescription other wise its illegal or if you possess a steroid with intent to bulk up any other muscle other n your bicep its illegal etc.

well i know a few that have recieved letters from HMRC and they ordered

- 300 Amps Schering in one go. The first 300 they let through - the second 300 they siezed and sent them a letter to appeal.

So that gives you an idea on the stuff they look at

yeah i suppose that does, but also the time periods between the orders made
300amps is quite a lot. If your going to reorder that your gonna have to wait a few months till you reorder it. I should imagine customs keep records of everything that passes threw which they look at especially were roids etc are concerned, every time your name comes up i bet they check previous records to keep a tab on what/how much your bringing into the country.
They probably check you out to find out what you do a living if you have any convictions etc. bet if your of a wealthy status you wont get the same bother as someone who aint. It would be easier if this site had UK sponsers in fact it would make life a lot easier, no customs, no vat tax, and all that. I have one supplier in the uk but he always sends generics in the post plus the charge is 5.50 an amp. I've not used em in around 2years either think they would of forgot me by now.
