Im glad i found this board. I am new. 38 yrs old. Have trainined on and off for many years but mostly off because of family obligations.
Im very confused since i read so many different routines on how a beginner should train from fullbody 3x a week to 2x a week, split, low volume,HIT,high volume.
I just looked at Milo's sight training everyday and seen a beginning routine now i seen the routine here which is completely different then i seen HST and 4 days a week split training the bodypart 2x a week.
Im 5'9" 200 with to much bodyfat 38" waist. Of course i will be doing this naturally.
What should i do. Would a beginner have enough intensity and will to do the routine outlined here or should i do 2 sets just to be safe instead of one?
Everybody says they have the best routine.
Is there a best routine?
