i tapered back down, but these are so knew at least to using in bodybuilding im not sure its needed. Why? because they stay in your system about 30 days after usage so you may be able to just stop. That said post show i think is a great time to lower the dose and hold. like 10 units of tirz. You wont be as food focused and youll stay LEAN. And able to work food up to a point you can then remove it and grow. It really shines post show in this realm. I use it with many athletes this way. IMO at 10 units its anabolic, lowered inflammation, proper insulin timing with eating food, beta cells stay fresh etc.Congrats on the show! A few questions on your experience with triz:
1) How did you come off of it after your show? Did you taper off of it or just quit cold turkey?
2) How did you manage the rebound phase of your diet?
For those who have trouble binging after shows, I am curious if a taper off of GLP-1’s could be of benefit.

So far im in my health phase i competed at 182 im at 186 this morning. Cals are back up to 280p/300c/90f and im lean. Ive been on 10 units of tirz. Once my health phase is over i will remove it and thats why i call it a sling shot. You pull back get healthy then let it go remove the thing that may cause to you burn more calories and fill the fuck out. I have 3 more weeks. labs will be taken, then ill know if i can push.
So yes if you have trouble binging after shows its a GOD SEND
