Took some pix after prejudging....my day was a mess honestly...i played w a few things during the week to test run...didnt work out....depleted back down and figured id just walk on stage as is.....saw the class at weigh in and was like SHIT...so i did another bunch of dumb shit and flattened out to 204 (involved a detour bar, glycerol, snickers bars, rice cakes, PB, and syrup lol DONT ASK).....looked terrible honestly......

Here are some pix after i got the balls to put water back in around 209ish (i looked even better on NO carbs after i chugged 2 glasses crytal lite when i got home after the show) I fucked with some things AGAIN before night show and messed up again...im my own worst enemy......

Damn! I thought that they were make-up for halloween, since it is so close to the day and all. Both of you looked great though. TP's legs do look harder then they did in the first pics.

If you hand another show, or a photoshoot in a week or two you could just fill out slowly and play it by ear, that way you will know what to do next time.

It's the doing crazy shit at the last second that always ruins everying. BUt it's so hard not to do it, because everytime, you say that you won't do anything crazy and always end up doing it, because someone comes up with something that sounds good at the last minute.

Im loading the overall video now....i was 206 in the overall (weighed myself at home)...i dont understand why glycerol made me piss like crazy!)....

Like i said got home and 2 glasses of crystal lite (about 30oz) and a bottle of water, plus some water back stage...so probably 3-4lbs of water....and i blew up tight and dry.....i thought glycerol was supposed to make you suck up water into the muscles, not make you piss it out......

You can hear my boy yelling at me. Didnt practice posing as much as i should have and was worn out and exhausted. I was posing like shit and couldnt spread my lats all the way......im gonna be practicing hard all week long....
