thanks a lot john, yes it was a difficult prep with a lot of things going on in my personal life, but man you really know your shit!!! a judge that judged me at the blugrass 4 weeks earlier gave me props for my drastic change. John you R the man! I am highly excited and motivated in doing a full prep with you!

this past weekend was a great experience and a great motivating experience also. I am so ready to get back on stage, better than ever, i am so excited to have a full prep with mountaindog1 and see what we can do with this physique, I got some weakness to bring up like hamstrings and what not but my main focus is being peeled out of my brains and having a "shelby ass" next time i hit the stage...LOL
