Yes this board seriously needs a tenny to keep things in check and balance, sometimes there is way to much kindness, when in truth a hard reality check is best for the situation and best for the person it is given to for them to truly become better. Funny thing is its always something we all think but won't say and tenny just says it!! Phil Hernon was the same way but phil bit his tongue way more than he should have, tenny let's it fly and doesn't give two shit cause he knows in the bigger picture of things it in the persons best interest to hear it so they can become better!

Just my 2 cents.
