Conor looked sloppy in the Mendes fight but still managed to pull it off. He didnt look as cool and calm right before or during the fight. I want to see Conor fight like he did in the Brimage fight. That was amazing. Im a Conor fan but more of an Aldo fan. That will be an interesting fight for sure!

but Mendes putting his fingers in Conor's wound/eye was EXACTLY how a fighter is supposed to be.. He was getting frustrated. He was warned like 5x on that call alone.. Conor is the better fighter, period..

McGregor is a Scottish name, not Irish. From the Highland Descendents; ancestors are Rebels and Warriors . So his genetics are solid.

Did any of you hear he's going to be on the next ultimate fighter?? Him and ...damn, forgot his name. The one he rubbed his head backstage. I wouldn't be surprised if that Aldo fight doesn't get pushed off till late 2016

I just meant that he wasnt calm and focused like he usually is right before the fight. He was very excited and he fought sloppy because of it.

He made 500k officially but he announced a bet with Dana and owners for 3.2 if he put him out in 2 rounds...dana said something about it but didnt say it was official...i think it was a private fight bonus...i'll bet conor makes 2ox what the other guys do....he took part of gate and ppv....hes a different animal....and negotiated certain terms.

Dana White said they wouldn't take the bet. They can't. I'm sure it's illegal the same way it's illegal in baseball and football.

For people talking about Connor bjj; Connor utilizes bjj in "reverse" his game is developed to get to his feet or at worst, half guard to ensue elbows. BJJ in MMA is becoming diluted and they should just call it submission wrestling. Only a handful of guys actually utilize traditional BJJ in the cage. The ones that do are also multiple time ibjjf world champs. And when their on the ground, it is clearly evident who is running the show. GSP is probably one of the first guys to utilize reverse BJJ and I think it's fantastic for strikers
