Considering a pep business. Advice/tips please.

I am kicking around the idea of selling peptides on a small scale, not to compete with sponsors or anything. I want to make sure I do everything legally. Do I need a special license? What do I need to cover my ass? I really believe that peps are our future in BB and overall health and really would like to become involved. Any advice would be appreciated.
