Considering DNP...input?

I've read so much positive information on the intelligent use of DNP in sane dosages...that I'm really considering it.

I've read that 7 on 7 off is best to avoid sides. I was thinking I could try it while on vacation for a week and see how it suits me?

I only have about 6lbs to drop before I've reached my goal...and was thinking this would be a quick way to do it without losing muscle. I'm on TRT (test E 125mg/wk) so that would preseve my muscle either way.

Any input? What brand/form is best? Doesn't Alin have some?
 
Dude Skip it, 6lbs is nothing, not risk the problems you can get. Tried it one time, used the frozen Popsicle method, you freeeze these little platic bottles with Yellow DNP inside. Just eat good do cardio, and go on vacation.
 
Ok, I have done it many times. Alin does carry it and his works very well. Ok as far as running it I have run it low dose, high dose, and tolerable dose. Tolerable was the best overall. I normally run it 7-10 days, depending how I feel towards the end. Start out with one pill per day to see if you have an allergic reaction. For first time use, I would not exceed 3 pills per day of DNP. Once you start it run it at 1 pill for two days at least. If you feel like you can handle a little more go to three. It isnt needed imho for a first time cycle but it can be done. As far as supplements, take plenty of water, adding extra antioxidants like alpha lipoic acid is always a good idea, and DNP works very well with products like Sesamin. Scivation and Avant Labs both make top-notch Sesamin products. Essential fats like fish oil, flax, CLA are GREAT
additions to DNP. I also like to add fruits, berries are a great choice along with watermelon and pineapple. I eat carbs, I feel they benefit you for a couple of reasons, first being you need the energy. Secondly that they are thermogenic and help a little with increasing the temp. I try to avoid excess cals and fats. You can add eca stack for energy, which will help as you will feel lethargic. Also, I do train on it. Both cardio and lifting. Just be careful with the cardio dont go at insane paces, just enough to get your heart rate up (although some dont believe you need to do cardio), and with lifting dont max out or give 100% intensity. Lift hard but wise as well. At night try to have a fan close by along with a jug of water. Extra sheets ready, pillow cases as well, I usually sleep with a towel on top of my pillow. I think I covered almost every thing...Oh, one more thing you can choose to carb deplete before starting DNP, 2 days before some believe it helps with losing fat...I have done it that way as well and havent noticed much of a difference. Keep in mind that just because you are taking DNP, it does not mean you have a ticket to eat like a slob. For most weight loss occurs post cycle, DNP seems to cause major water retention during, how I dont truly understand. I always lose weight during cycle but its probably because I train, do cardio and eat healthy. Hope this helps.

I have to agree 100% for 6lbs really not worth the torture...but to each his own.
