Just because they haven't grown doesn't mean they won't. U haven't found the right way to train either of them nor have u been consistent. Calves hit them everyday 5 to 10 sets of 15 to 20. They will grow. Forearms get a wrist roller from iron mind. Do 5 sets of that everyday increasing weight through 4 weeks. Add fat gripz to every movement involving Grip. And lastly fucking train like it's your last day at the gym. End of story no synthol necessary
