for the past couple months or so no matter how much sleep i get i am still tired. if i didnt have to get up to eat i would sleep all day no problem. i tried taking some time off from the gym but that didnt do it.

X2it could be as simple as allergies or even sleep apnea.....get medical advice from the Doc on this one or you'll never know...
