for the past couple months or so no matter how much sleep i get i am still tired. if i didnt have to get up to eat i would sleep all day no problem. i tried taking some time off from the gym but that didnt do it.

gonna need more info bro..ie what does your diet look like, training, etc.

simply said i train eod and do cardio on off days. i eat 8 meals a day and a midnight shake.

415g protein
300 carbs
100g efa's from nuts.
 
u might want to chat with your doc to see if u have a type of health issue, hope the best for u bro peace

it could be as simple as allergies or even sleep apnea.....get medical advice from the Doc on this one or you'll never know...

a lot of guys in this world of BBing/strenght sports suffer from sleep apnea. im also gonna have to consult about long-term fatigue problems. I've done so in the past, but the docs managed to get rid of me. I'm not getting better so im gonna have to ask for a sleep study or something.
 
how long have you been out of the gym?
 
Any depression issues? Have you had your thyroid checked? I would consult a physician with that length of time.
 
It can be high cortisol.

Even though you can have "normal" cortisol levels in your blood you still can have symptoms associated with too much of that stress hormone.

I was In a very similar state and the things that I did that helped me was:

No animal protein after 7:30 pm - therefore I am not digesting anything while sleeping and my sleep is deeper.

NO caffeine or stimulants AT ALL!

Going to bed as close to 10 pm as possible so my body had the opportunity to get rid of cortisol trough the natural circadian cycle.

That all have been very helpfull.

Definitely see your doctor and he can make sure that your hormones/glands are working fine.

The thing that make the most difference was Humanofort.

I have had severe health problems over the last year, I recently found out that they were due to mold in my home.
I have chronic fatigue as well.
Check where you live for mold, it is very dangerous and could be a reason.
 
CHECK WITH YOUR DOC GET SOME LABS RAN. COULD BE AS SIMPLE AS LOW THYROID. THAT WAS MY CASE GOT ME ON SYNTHROID NOW.
 
Agreed.......now that aas is ruled out go see your doc and get full bloods done, have them check everything! fatigue is no joke and can have other serious health probs.
 
thanx guys for all the responses. to answer a few questions asked. i was out of the gym for 2 weeks and started back up last week. also yes i have been depressed for about 3 years now, but i dont wanna take medication for it so i learned to live with it. as soon as i get time to get blood work done i definitely will. thanx again
