Just a quick question for you guys that compete. My girl has been prepping for her first bodybuilding show with the help of a coach since Jan 1st. She is still 5 weeks out but I was wondering one thing about her diet. Her diet is def working, she started at 20% now down to 13% with 5 weeks to go. Why do some people not incorperate healthy fats into contest prep? I was always under the assumption that healthly fats help burn fat. She is carb cycling and its working great. Her coach said why take in fat when your trying to burn fat. He's a big guy himself that has competed in many contest, so I'm just going by what he says.
