Contest Prep Coach

Seeing who people recommend and looking to get most value for my money.

I'm just competing in two local shows, nothing too big but I want to come in the best I can. I do this for me, nobody else and have no other goals but to be at my very best.

2014 may be my last year competing so I want to go out in the best contest shape I've ever been.

Looking for input on guys on here and else where if that is allowed. I've done some researching so I know of a few people that will be recommended but wanted to get input from guys that have used coaches in the past for diet, training, and gear. I don't want to waste a lot of money on someone who isn't going to teach me something and someone that is just going to brush me off and put me on the back burner.

Use Phil in the past, not for a show but got his consultation for the but looking for something different.

Shelby is definitely on the top of my list but wanted to see other options as well.

Awesome bro. I actually met your soon to be mother in law in Vegas on the way to the Olympia Expo this year. Very cool to talk to her and she talked about Jamie's journey how proud of her she was.
