Great interview with so many great subjects
now I understand why fruit store more body fat than regular carbs. Fruit goes to the liver, which can only hold a small amount, then goes to fat. Most carbs get store in the muscle
do I think a couple pieces of fruit are okay while contest prep? yeah
eliminating them may help with a lil more body fat loss, and since i heard limit fruit for fatloss, and didnt understand it, now that I understand it, Im happy.
