Hey everyone. Wanted to start off by saying that this site was a great resource for me during my first prep, I had no clue what I was doing (I still don't tbh) but searching through the forums here was definitely a great help.
I am posting this on September 21st, 2016 and am currently preparing for two upcoming competitions:
- November 5th, 2016 (Jr. Bodybuilding, I turn 21 the next week and figured I'd do another jr. show while I still can)
- November 26th, 2016 (Classic Physique)
I am currently 20yo, 5'10, sitting at approximately 198lbs.
I am currently training six days a week, with my current diet looking like this (note: I didn't include greens):
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup egg whites
- 2 whole eggs
Meal 2:
- 1 cup white rice
- 5 oz chk breast
Meal 3:
- 2 cup white rice
- 5 oz chk breast
Meal 4:
- 1 scoop ON whey
Meal 5:
- 2 cup white rice
- 5 oz chk breast
Meal 6:
- 5 oz chk breast
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1tbsp natural pb
Meal 2:
- 6 whole eggs
Meal 3:
- 1 cup white rice
- 5 oz chk breast
Meal 4:
- 1 cup white rice
- 5 oz chk breast
Meal 5:
- 1 cup white rice
- 5 oz chk breast
Meal 6:
- 5 oz chk breast
I know that calories are pretty high (I was eating almost 800 calories lower at this time last prep), but I feel like I'm making good progress despite doing no cardio at the moment.
Current Supplementation not including AI and other ancillaries:
- 500mg Test-E (dropping this down to 250mg in a week)
- 430mg Tren-A
- 430mg Mast-P
- 600mg EQ (considering running this into the show time around, an IFBB pro I know that has an extremely renown trainer told me he does this)
- Will be throwing in Winstrol and potentially superdrol/halotestin a lot later on
Now for some current pictures. These were taking a few nights ago, no leg shots as of yet but I will try my best to post weekly updates.

I hope you guys can help me out with critique wherever you can, this sport is something I really love and I hope to learn as much as I can, especially when it comes to nutrition.
