Insomnia last night fucked me up, got 2hrs sleep this morning after going for a walk, felt loads better after that.
Diet today
Meal one: 75g oats, 10 egg whites
Meal two: 150g Chicken, 100g potato
Meal three: 150g chicken, 125g rice
Train at 3pm for 45 mins (very very light upper body workout)
Pwo: 25g whey
Meal four: 150g chicken, 125g rice, 100g potato, 30g raisins
Meal five: 50g oats, 5 egg whites
Meal six: 150g chicken, 100g rice
Diet tomorrow
Meal one: 75g oats, 10 egg whites
Meals two,three,four: 150g chicken, 125g rice, 100g potato, 30g raisins
Meal five: 50g oats, 5 egg whites
Meal six: 150g chicken, 100g rice
Saturday
Adjust diet as needed, carbs may be backed off a bit, sodium dropped 100%
Shaving down and tanning up! (Dyazide pre bed and maybe a diazepam/zopiclone to help me sleep and get a full nights sleep)
Pro tan coats going on starting from 1pm-4pm then dream tan coat in the morning, to be dried off with a hair drier, followed by a coat of dream tan backstage.
Going super super dark this time, I made the mistake of too light last time.
On the show day diet
Meal one: 50g oats, 3 eggs
Meal two: 100g chicken, 100g potato
Meal three: 100g chicken, 100g potato
Back stage: 1 rice cake with Jam, 100g dark chcocolate, red wine + glycerine, Doritos
After the show is over
Crème egg rocky road bar
Brownies
Galaxy bar
Mcdonalds
Then mums home cooking in the evening or a take away meal with the family haha
