my buddy was having trouble posting some pics so i am posting them for him. his is a memeber on this board, screen name monsterats. these are from his contest prep which is now 2 weeks out.

yeah that's me shaved my beard and head plus i started my prep about 24 weeks out, had little to much fun this winter at the dinner table. lol contest got pushed back from it s original date, love when that happens!!!! Thanks mr soul for posting those!!!

oh, and the reason the dates are goofy on 2 of the pics is because they were taken with a different camera tha resets the date every time we turn it on.

Thanks oldfella, your doing a great job as well man, keep it up and thanks phatboi, I 'm doing the "battle on the bluff" npc show in Tunica, Ms, done it the last 2 yrs, I own a training studio in same area so its great advertising for me also plus I love the sport so it works out great for me, put more work into this show more than i have any other show before, but thanks again guys!!!
also mr soul doing his first show, and he's worked his tail off too, man he's looks great!! keep it dog!! 12 days!!!

Thanks guys, I ve owe alot of my prep to the board because ive learned so much more about the sport and prep that goes into getting ready for a show, threads from old fella, hutch, km2000, ,main event,luckyone and many more have been great!! thanks again guys

THAT IS SO AWESOME! YOU HAVE REALLY GOTTEN RIPPED THIS YEAR AND PUT ON SOME GREAT SIZE. ATS WILL DEFINATELY BE REPRESENTED AT THE BATTLE OF THE BLUFF. WELL, TIME TO GO DO CARDIO!!!!!
