Contest Preparatory Question: SYNTHELATOR & others

Were you at the Mike Francois last year? I was at the Pittsburgh, but I didn't compete, I just hung out with some friends and watched the show... and all 5,784 rounds of fitness and figure, lol!

At the Mike Francois, I think I placed 10th, but I honestly forget. Once I get done with a show, I move on and really don't look back - I just go eat

Yeah, I got 2nd in the light heavies.

Again, good luck at the Pittsburg. Cant wait to see your pics.

OHHHH MAN!

I got SMOKED this weekend, 3rd to last! Haha... I love it though, I know my mistakes now, and can use it to fuel my fire this weekend.

Tan was screwed, oil sucked, tried to 'junk load' (which has worked for me before) and the timing was off I think of the 10cc of the ATP, because I didn't feel a thing.

But I'll keep everyone updated.

As Promised...

THIS weekend will be different. Here is a picture taken 45-min ago after pro-tan in the basement. No oil, pump, or carbs... CAN'T WAIT to do battle tomorrow.

I'm going to give Synthelator another shot too!

Here is a side-chest from stage yesterday...

I was beginning to come in at this point... only carbs I had during the previous WEEK (literally) was 1cp of Oats on Friday, since I was so scared about what had happened the week prior.

I am at about 60% sharpness here, and at the finals (evening) show, I became about 75% of potential, after having some Max & Erma's with a couple Max & Erma's cookies.

Thanks for coming by guys, now it's time to get big... REALLY BIG. Bwa-ha-ha....
