I've never found B5 to work very well at all. Mast will cause acne in many guys. Yes controlling e2 is important. But an increase in hormones will cause an increase in oil production in hair follicles, many guys who shave body parts will likely notice breakouts which may have a tiny hair in the blemish.
Diet can help, controlling E2, and keeping your skin clean. Any time you sweat, you are now basically carrying bacteria in your shirt, so shower after gym, and put on clean clothes.
If you have cystic acne, accurate is one of the only things that will be very helpful. But I like to wash in HIBICLENSE, with a scrubbing pad. It's used by people in the medical field but you can get it any cvs or Walgreens, places like that, near the anticeptics. Try to find the generic. But it's anti bacterial, anti fungal, anti microbial, and claims to last up to 6 hours.
I also wash any problem areas in a saylacilic acid body wash which dries out the skin. Tanning can help. But the types of things you eat and drink can have a major effect as well.
