It is an awesome investment. Everything that comes off of it tastes amazing. I bought a 2nd one so I can throw down mass quantities.

Very nice! I just have one but its the XL. Do you visit the forums. Great recipes on there. Also, the barbque pit boys have a jalapeno beer sauce that is fantastic with smoked chicken. With a little tweeking I san fit it in my diet. Look them up on youtube, they have a lot of other great recipes.

Really cool man. Love the stand. Never heard of that grill before until you posted up the pic. Just did some research on them, they sound great from the reviews and now I want one! Also read they don't come with the stand and you have to buy it separate. Did you custom build that stand yourself?

You will want to buy a stand. They make one called a nest but if you have the tools its better to build one. If you do choose to get one, dont forget to get the plate setter. Its a ceramic insert allowing you to cook indirectly. A must for chicken.

i eat 99% lean turkey instead of chicken usually

chicken is blehhhhh and for whatever reason it doesnt fill me up at all

8oz of turkey fills me up, 8 oz of chicken im hungry in 30 mins... idk why, they are both 99% lean

and chicken tastes like shit most of the time unless its covered in seasonings..

for turkey just a little salt n pepper and its nomlicious

I like to pan fry them with Pam but there is a trick to this that I learned about a month ago. You need to slice the cutlets really thin for this to work. I dip them in apple cider vinegar like I was making Italian chicken cutlets but no egg just the vinegar. Then I put mrs dash on one side ( I like southwestern chipolte, Cajun citrus, fiesta lime or tomato basil). I press it into the chicken. At this time I already have a pan on the stove at high heat. Spray the pan with Pam and put the chicken on with the seasoning face down. Now that it's in the pan put more seasoning on the side with out. No out a lid on it-the lid steams the chicken so as the one side is on the pan the whole cutlet is essentially getting cooked. Once you see it's no longer raw flip for about 2 mins. Now your done. This only works really well if your chicken is sliced thin!
