ok buy cooking larger portions and freezeing you can nuke a meal as fast as making a shake

im not a big egg eater this is the only way i eat them
make a large quantity of scrambled eggs / egg beaters/ egg whites ... whatever is about 100 - 150 grams of protien ,, i then add salsa salt and pepper diced meat .. i use turkey ham .. and fat free kraft cheese
fill into 5-7 large burrito wraps . i then roll up in a papertown and foil put them in a ziplock bag freeze

i love hodgestones mill whole grain pasta
make a box or 2 then drain and set aside
put a 5 or 6 serving in a large skillet with lean ground meat or diced chicken
add pasta sauce to you likeing and portion out

take some more pasta add lean ground meat or diced chicken
add an envelope of taco seasoning and a jar of salsa
portion out

im sure we all know stir fry

if you can find them this is awsome DIRUSSO's italian turkey sausage
sold at my walmart they are a little dry by themselves but the flavor is right
on a 2 pound box of 8 is 5.99 i think there 14 grams of protien each

i cook the whole box in the oven on a cookie sheet
i then will eat 2 on a hoogie roll with marinara and sauteed onions and peppers ... or will dice up with pasta and sauce


some random thought
pasta , rice , suateed onions and peppers ect make a bunch plain then
they can be added to several dishes

others feel free to add the point is makeing 6 servings dont take much longer than 2
 
Currently diet is chicken steak rice pineapple

I find 4-5 cups is enough for 3 days ( rice after 3 days doesn't taste same)
Add 10-12 cups depending on how much rice
Set rice boil high (I add garlic powder / parsley and chicken broth)
One water is Boiling remove 2 cups of water set to medium heat and timer for 11 minutes

Chicken 380deg oven for 20 minutes (it's just a touch under cooked so when reheat its perfect)
Garlic powder parsley sea salt tandoori masala are my flavourings

I boil 15 eggs/ last 3 days

In the morning I stir fry all my steak rice meals which is 2 (can't eat old steak)
 
Chicken stir fry:
2lb chicken
2 bags organic jasmine rice(from trader joes, warms up in microwave in 3min)
1 bag grilled onions and peppers(trader joes)
Coconut oil
SanJ gluten free stir fry sauce
Splenda
Green Tabasco

Cut chicken breats in little pieces and Grill chicken on stove with 2 tbsp coconut oil

Add bag of veges, 2 tbsp stir fry sauce, 2 Splenda packets cook for a few minutes.

Add 2 bags of rice(measures 4 cups)
Mix all together and add 2 tbsp stir fry sauce and 2 more Splenda with a dash of green Tabasco.

Makes 2-4 meals depending on what size you need. Takes around 10 mins
 
damn flipp i bet some of the pinapple would be good in that stirfry

BB, the egg burrito sounds great. We have plenty of eggs. My neighbor gives us dozens and dozens. I just get tired of the same ol scrambled eggs.

These recipes are gonna help. We're in a rut at the house. Thanks.

baked sweet potatoes or regular white potatoes last quite a few days in the fridge also if you get tired of rice as your main carb source

hey sorry E.J I love it fresh and cold so I have a slice or two with every meal except lunch where i swap a banana it has great enzymes for digesting protein

I dont really put recipes because I just fucking add spice to my liking I hate following recipes.. just add some onions peppers pre cut here and there , soy sauce w.e you like brotha.. TBH thats y I prep my steak meals in the morning even my cooked chicken i toss in a pan with rice and coconut oil to get all the fats and flavors together if you do stuff like that youll want to eat all day
 
A recipe I used to love just havent made in a while...

Couple cups of rice
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Chopped up chicken

Might need to add a little extra water/steam them for a couple mins but other than that theyre great.
 
I don't really put dishes because I just banging add liven to my preference I dislike following dishes.. just add some vegetables sweet peppers pre cut here and there , soy marinade w.e you like brotha.. TBH thats y I prepare my meal foods in the day even my prepared poultry i throw in a pan with grain and grape oil to get all the body fat and tastes together if you do things you will want to eat all day
