Agree... It's seems as though he didn't have anything to contribute so just listened.. If one has unique ideas they usually try to show how their protocal is superior.. Not just " sit" there.. But it could have been that any thing he added would have easily been shot down by milos.. Hence, I'll just sit there..

None of these guys are very science minded imo, especially Dave has said so many ridiculous things. Many guys on this forum could rip all of their theories apart easily, by using science. Haven't watched these videos, I just can't bear to watch but from the little I've seen/read about Ameen he seems to be a bs:er. That's not to say what Milos or Dave (or even Ameen) say doesn't work but it's not that much real science.

One doesn't have to look good or be a pro to know many things but look at Ameen, here he is "growing while shredding"
