That's a nice gym, I'm jealous. I train at fitness 19. It's a box, literally. I ended up watching fouad's videos and thought they were pretty good. I am now into watching Kai's olympia prep videos. Summer vacation is nice... I always like these kinds of videos

There is definitely a huge difference btw the way he trains and the way his partner was training. He is very choppy, quick, powerful and doesn't seem to focus as deeply on a full contraction or stretch. Obviously the explosive style of training works for him as he is a sheer beast.

GOOD GOD MAN!!!!!!!! I live about 30 minutes South of Detroit and I've only heard about how nice that Powerhouse was. Oh my, if I walked in and seen Fouad training, Id be starstruck. I really like his physique. Funny, I train back in almost the same style as he does.
