CoQ10, Methylcobalamin & multi vitamin. HRT doctor prescribed.

My HRT doctor recentl;y prescribed the following: (insurance is paying for it in full with no out of pocket costs, delivered to my door each month):

*Methylcobalamin- 10mg sublingual Tablet

*CoQ10 Plus Capsul: Contans- Coenzyme q10 150mg, CMO 20% 40mg, 5-MTHF .8mg, Hydroxocobalamin 1mg, NADH 10mg

*Trilogy Pharmacy Multi Vitamin Packs 2x day (Am/PM)



Anyone have any knowledge of these suppliments? Is it a waste? Any real benefits? I figured since they are free I should accept it. He told me energy, and overall body health is the goal with the suppliments. I have NEVER believed in suppliments but willing to give it a shot.

Also: Currently on 125mg week Test Cypionate &
Arimidex as needed (not currently using it) with my clinic.

Those supplements have documented benefits otherwise a doctor would not prescribe them and if ur ins is paying great!

I get injectable B-12 and interveinious vitamins and glutathione treatments from my HRT doc

my ins pays part

Im trying to talk him into MIC B-12 but I dont think hes gonna go for it

the dude is a bodybuilder 100% natural and a super freak he trains at the same gym I do

use science to figure out suppliments. with "suppliments" we can prevent fix our cure most as in 98% of health issuse. diet and suppliments are key.

I have gained much more acceptance to suppliments in recent years; however; just because a doctor said its good doesnt mean he is correct. I once had a doctor who stated 100mg test E a month would bring me back to normal. LOL
