Curious to know who uses it and do you really see any benefits. Im trying not to use as much supplements anymore just mostly whole whole foods. I will admit i have noticed a decrease in bp supplementing with coq10 at 200mgs a day which i really liked. The question is do we really need it.

ive taken on/off for years the only reason its not part of everyday supps is the price
doctors and guys on here have recomeded it for the heart
spendy stuff compared to most supps

Yes it is a costy supp. Alot of research out there showing its cardiovascular benefits. For some reason my heart feels better on it. Who knows maybe it's all in my head

i take it and have for some time. it will benefit people more as they age or if they are on statins. it is the active form of b12 as i remember so if your body does not convert b12 well on its own then it can be of benefit as well.

I don't use it but i have a lot of friends that do. For those continuing to use this supplement, its always best to take it was a meal that contains fats or with fish oil. It help with adsorption. Just thought i thought it out, for anyone not up to date, bc if your spending all your hard earn money, might as well do it right.

If your on statin medication it is good to supplement with COq10.

You just gotta know where to look for it. I get mine for cheap.

I buy it in powder form from Pure Bulk. Then I mix the powder with macadami nut oil and take a tsp of it. This way I get fats with my CoQ10 & save a ton of money.

I've noticed that too while on cycle. No racing heart or at least it's greatly minimized. The slight BP decrease is nice too.
