Started DHB and test...525/300mg each. Don’t laugh at the weights, I’m a nurse and due to work and stress I’ve been eating and watching Netflix for the last 3 weeks.

Lunges with 30lb curl bar. 3 sets 20.
Seated leg curl: 85lbsx16, 85x12. 2 min rest.
