Correlation between high BP and high Hematocrit?

I never gave blood what the feeling like the first time ?

Only thing I don't like is the 16g needle they use - fkn harpoon! I just don't watch that part when they stick it in my arm.

Giving plasma/platelets feels funny though. They take blood out with one needle, spin the plasma/platelets out then put the blood cells back in another spot with 2nd needle. If feels like cold water going back in your arm.
