Anyone know of or have an experience with any supplements that help down regulate the hormone cortisol?

Humanofort, Anabolic Diet (I know, not a supplement but it works) Acetylcarnitine, Phosphatidyleserine, Standard Process desiccated Adrenal, Glutamine, Vit C and I believe fish oil.

Vitamin C would be one of the cheaper methods to help buffer cortisol spikes I suppose.

The other posts are spot on.

There is products like Lean FX, Lean Xtreme, etc. that I have heard good things about which uses 7-OH


Reducing stress and being calm is important.

Ashwaghanda is another. I think Cissus has cortisol inhibiting properties as well. I use it mainly for joints though.
