Cosmetic changes 1 month post cycle

every time i come off cycle, i am able to keep the same look for about 3-4 weeks. after that each week i get smaller and softer. this is expected and i accept that.

but what is actually going on? i know i am not loosing muscle, as i am still training and eating the same protein etc.

my theory is...
1. loss of water from the type of gear used, more test.anadrol type you will lose the water weight - makes sense

2. blood volume loss, since not injecting hormones less rbc stimulation which is why we are always pumped on cycle.

everyone knows when they are on gear, and miss a week of the gym, but still wake up like pumped and jacked (what is causing that, despite gym) is it glycogen and extra blood volume, i feel jacked all the time lol,

but off cycle the ability to keep that look is greatly diminished.
 
I stayed on longest ever have with test n eq then test n deca then deca n dbol for four months since competition 500 mgs

Been off since end of September down to 70-100 mgs test and Haven't lost much, still looking good

I do use GH 1 IU daily and slin pre workout 5-10 ius depending on bodypart n day. I'm more relaxed with training, less time in gym everyday, not training as many days a week or shorter workouts and splitting bodyparts up more. Love cardio outdoors walks or jogs

I have used dbol since off at 10 mgs two or three times a week and not every week, haven't used any this week

It's important to relax and not go at it all the time, give health priority, and I'm in a reduction bodyfat phase do cardio everyday just about since beg of October

Even though Ive competed last six years I'm okay with downsizing if it happens some of the year bc that size is simple to get back. I seem to feel better on these doses as well overall
 
X amount of hormones supports X amount of muscle
reduce the hormones and the muscle mass gets reduced
 
yes i know that but was more curious as to how steroids actually change in cosmetic textural changes. like what is that full roundess, its not just water . is it the abliity to load glycogen that is no longer there? etc.
 
I read in a textbook once, about 10% of the muscle is cell wall, about 10% nucleus, around 40% glycogen, and around 40% mitochondria. When we stop working out, cell wall mass stays about the same, but the number of mitochondria and amount of stored glycogen goes down quickly. I've never really been able to verify this information but it sounds plausible and the source at the time seemed reputable.
