Could someone build muscle and grow on a diet listed below????
- 4 scoop protein shake (100 grams Protein)
- 1 cup oatmeal with 2 tbs. natural PB
- 4 scoop protein shake
- Chicken breast and sweet potato
- 4 scoop protein shake
- Lean meat and veggies
- 3 scoop casein before bed
Now, I'm not talking about if they are using cheap protein powder with fillers in it but rather a quality protein supplement. It's extremely high protein with lower carbs so maybe add waxy maize 1 scoop and only do 3 scoops of protein to get the carbs up??? I'm just throwing it out there to be discussed maybe someone here has used a simaliar diet with sucess.
