Counting macros ...carbs in everything

Lately logging all meals in an app on my phone . Everything is loaded with carbs . Orange juice . Xooked vegetables . Any nutrition bar . They are all at 70% carbs . And at the end of the day if i ate 140grams protein it seems like im under for gains

I feel like most people are surprised how many carbs are in everything once they begin to track their macros!
 
Also why a keto diet is so damn difficult. Stick with eggs, meats, and nuts.
Problem I always have is I never feel satiated afterwards. Almost like I need some carbs so my body knows I'm finished eating haha
 
Carbless Food:

-Whole eggs
-Meat
-Fish
-Nuts
-Olive oil
 
Those aren't necessarily bad macros. If you are close to 154 pounds then thats likely enough protein (1g/pound).
